COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT
Individual competence assessment for employees of companies, job applicants or those wishing to plan their career path. The study consists of a set of online tests with a consultant (behavioural interview and feedback session). The survey provides comprehensive information about the interpersonal and personality type, strong sides and areas for development, leadership skills, co-operation, dealing with difficult and conflict situations, decision-making skills or professional aptitudes. A detailed results report and a session with the consultant allows to diagnose needs, define goals or plan a career path.

The Company or Institution purchases a license to access a test library with results and detailed reports. depending on the type of license, access is granted for 1 year in order to carry out e.g.  50 tests with results and detailed reports. Over a 1-year period there is a possibility to carry out 50 selected tests from the entire TEST LIBRARY for any number of employees. Upon completing 50 tests, another license may be purchased.
