COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT

Individual competence assessment consists of a set of online tests and the professional assistance of a consultant. The study provides comprehensive information in terms of the following dimensions:

  • Internal and external motivation - What motivates you?

The comprehensive survey allows for a very detailed determination of the potential of the surveyed persons and their leadership aptitudes. It allows to diagnose strengths and areas for development and determines the career path or promotion in the company. In the recruitment process, it enables the correct selection and choice of a suitable candidate for a given position.

The competence assessment contains:

 

  • Online survey - 3 tests (PCT-A, CAREER TEST, PT COMMUNICATION)
  • A behavioural interview with a consultant
  • Results
